To help me in the new year.

Have you been wondering where I have been hiding.......6 words. I Work At The Post Office!

I haven't had much time in the past two weeks to even go to my sewing room by the time my exhausted self gets home from work. But I do know that I still have lots of UFO's, WIP's, and PhD's too. and I always need a kick and a push to help finish them so I found me a blog that hopefully will help. Quilter in the gap is hosting a 2012 Finish-A-Long to help get those projects done.

So you can go check it out if your like me with lots to do to get them all done.

Other than that, I am trying to make hubby a Grinch quilt for Christmas, but I don't have time to sew right now. The oldest daughter and her boyfriend decided to move out this week, yes the week before Christmas. I bought them a little tree to put up in their apartment, so our tree that she decorated, I am sure she will want all those ornaments on her tree, so I see I will be undecorating my tree, and then redecorating it this week, yes I know Christmas eve is this weekend. I have to move all their big furniture after work and this weekend, yes Christmas eve. I am working 10-12 hour days 6 days a week for the past two weeks now. Spent this past Sunday, my only day off Christmas shopping all day long. Plus my sister and her 3 kids are in town so they plus my mother (whom I don't talk to) and my step dad are all coming over this weekend as well. Haven't started cleaning or thinking of what I am cooking for 12, I normally do that on Sunday. Guess I will have to make a list at work, during my potty breaks.Life should resume back to normal come Monday. I am soooooooooooo far behind in sewing. Bonnie's mystery, well the instructions are stacking up on the table. I do not have one clue finished yet.

I went to the post office yesterday, i struck a magic moment where there was nobody in the queue and went straight to the counter, that lasted about 10 seconds! It was mad, so many people! I hope you have a more relaxing xmas, with lots of sewing going on!
