Progress..........

Saturday I started Roll Roll Cotton Boll! Cut all my 2 inch strips, got bunches of them sewed together pink, green, pink. Then yesterday I went and sub-cut them all into 2 inch segments. Needed 172. I counted them all when I was done and I had 172! But I had a ton of 2 inch strips leftover that I cut just to do that. So I added more to my scrap pile than I took out! URGH! I hear a piano playing............somewhere around the border of this quilt :D Clue one is finished though. Onto Clue 2....needed 60 rectangles, half brown, half pink. I cut all the pink into 2 inch strips so back to the stash for a few more fat quarters. Cut them all out, matched them all up, and started sub-cutting them too. I forgot the instructions were for if you had a certain kind of ruler, that I do not have, so I had to figure it out using a normal ruler because I had already cut the rectangles. Finally around 11:30pm I couldn't see straight anymore so I had to quit cutting while I had all my fingers and go to bed. Debating if I want to go finish sub cutting those so I will almost be done with clue 2, because clue 3 is a doozy, and clue 4 should be out on Friday. I work great with deadlines, and under the pressure, that is how I get lots of things done.  I also still need to put my tree up, at least I brought it into the house this morning after working my butt off yesterday for 12 hours, and never even getting outside to the garage to get it. But hey, lots of other stuff got finished yesterday that was suppose to be done weeks ago, so I am on a roll.............now, do I want to go play with Roll Roll Cotton Boll!  ????
